Experienced Marketing & Communication Specialist

This is not your standard marketing role. And that's exactly what makes it exciting.

We're not looking for someone who simply executes tasks. We're looking for a marketer who spots opportunities, takes initiative, and wants to make a real impact.

Of course, at Phoenix Contact you'll create campaigns, develop content, organise events, and analyse results.

But what truly makes this role interesting is that you'll join an organisation that is constantly evolving. A company that invests, grows, and transforms. This gives you the opportunity to help shape new projects, processes, and initiatives.

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will work closely with Product Managers, Business Development Managers, sales colleagues, and external partners.

You will translate market insights into campaigns and communications that support our commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation
  • Creating, analysing, and optimising email marketing campaigns
  • Further developing our website and digital communication channels
  • Supporting and coordinating trade fairs, training sessions, and events
  • Collaborating with graphic design and digital marketing partners
  • Analysing data and translating insights into improvement actions
  • Contributing to the further development of Salesforce and marketing automation initiatives
  • Supporting our Academy and training programmes
  • Organising webinars and video content from our in-house studio

Why This Role Is Different

At Phoenix Contact, you'll have the freedom to take ownership of projects and bring new ideas to life.

Do you have a passion for:

  • Marketing automation and Salesforce
  • CRM and customer journeys
  • Digital marketing and websites
  • Content creation and training programmes
  • International collaboration

Then you'll have the opportunity to take a leading role in these areas.

Who Are You?

You are an experienced marketer who looks beyond campaigns and sees the bigger picture.

In addition, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a broad marketing role
  • Excellent written communication skills in Dutch
  • Knowledge of French and English is a strong asset
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • A proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial approach
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to change and growth

Don't meet every requirement? We still encourage you to apply. We believe more in potential, attitude, and motivation than in ticking every box.

What Can You Expect?

At Phoenix Contact, you'll become part of a close-knit team where collaboration, trust, and respect are at the heart of everything we do.

We don't believe in office politics or internal competition. We believe in helping one another, sharing knowledge, and achieving results together.

Your colleagues are passionate professionals who enjoy their work every day, while also recognising that life extends beyond the workplace. For us, a healthy work-life balance is not a slogan, it's simply the way we work.

We offer:

  • A high degree of autonomy and responsibility
  • The opportunity to turn ideas into reality
  • Hybrid working with home-office flexibility
  • 12 additional leave days (ADV days)
  • An attractive salary package including a performance-related bonus scheme
  • Laptop and smartphone
  • Group and hospitalisation insurance
  • End-of-year bonus
  • Regular team activities and social events
