Role: Project Management officer

PMO & Portfolio Management

  • -Maintain and consolidate the Technology Center's portfolio of projects and initiatives, including roadmap monitoring.
  • -Ensure an overall view of ongoing and upcoming projects and initiatives.
  • -Structure prioritization and arbitration mechanisms.
  • -Develop and establish initiative selection criteria.
  • -Contribute to capacity planning exercises.
  • -Prepare management arbitration and decision-making.
  • -Ensure follow-up of decisions and action plans.
  • -Design and implement PMO practices within the Technology Center.

Performance & Reporting

  • -Structure the Technology Center KPI framework.
  • -Consolidate performance indicators across the different departments.
  • -Develop reporting models.
  • -Prepare management dashboards.
  • -Ensure the quality and consistency of reporting data.
  • -Contribute to the design of future management and reporting tools.

Technology Center Governance

  • -Structure the Technology Center's governance bodies and forums.
  • -Formalize decision-making and escalation mechanisms.
  • -Prepare management review materials.
  • -Organize portfolio reviews.
  • -Produce executive summaries and recommendations.
  • -Ensure progress reporting on strategic initiatives.

Organizational Structuring

  • -Support the clarification of roles and responsibilities.
  • -Map interfaces and interactions between departments and communities.
  • -Identify overlaps, gaps and organizational friction points.
  • -Support the evolution of the Technology Center's operating model.
  • -Strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Tools, Methods, Processes & Continuous Improvement

  • -Assess existing practices.
  • -Structure project management and steering methodologies.
  • -Develop common templates, frameworks and standards.
  • -Support their adoption across teams.
  • -Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Strategic Support

  • -Produce decision-support analyses.
  • -Identify capacity risks, overload situations and priority conflicts.
  • -Provide recommendations to support management arbitration.
  • -Contribute to the further development and maturity of the Technology Center's PMO model.

Candidate Profile

  • -6 to 8 years of professional experience.
  • -Significant experience in an Enterprise PMO and/or Transformation PMO environment.
  • -Demonstrated experience in portfolio management.
  • -Experience in governance and organizational structuring.
  • -Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
