Our client, a leading public sector organization, is seeking an expert to support the development of a national data platform. This role involves delivering end-to-end data solutions by building robust data pipelines and transforming raw data into actionable insights via strategic dashboards.
- Migrate and maintain existing data pipelines and data warehouse structures.
- Model data according to industry standards including Kimball, Inmon, and Data Vault.
- Develop data processing logic using SQL and Python.
- Design and implement Power BI datasets, semantic layers, and operational dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into concrete visualisations and KPIs.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to onboard new data domains and use cases.
- 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer with focus on ETL and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience as a BI Consultant.
- 2+ years of project experience with SQL.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric or the Azure Data Stack, including Data Factory and Synapse.
- Extensive experience with Power BI, specifically building semantic models and dashboards.
- In-depth knowledge of data warehouse modeling principles like Kimball, Inmon, or Data Vault.
- Experience with Git and versioning workflows.
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You are native in Dutch.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory and dbt.
- Knowledge of Python for data processing.
- Experience with requirements analysis.
- Experience with open-source solutions such as Apache products.
- Start date: 02/11/2026.
- Duration: Until 31/12/2027.
- Work regime: Full-time.
- Location: Antwerp.
