Young Graduate Consultant – Strategy & Consulting | Banking & Capital Markets

Our Banking & Capital Markets (B&CM) teams work on a wide range of transformation topics, including client lifecycle management, regulatory and risk transformation, operational efficiency, data‑driven decision making and digital innovation.

Projects are typically multidisciplinary and international, combining deep industry expertise with Accenture’s global capabilities across strategy, consulting and technology. As a Young Graduate, you’ll join a collaborative environment where learning, innovation and impact are central — and where you contribute from day one alongside experienced professionals.

What you’ll do

As a Young Graduate Consultant, you will:

• Support consulting teams on real Banking & Capital Markets client projects, contributing from day one

• Prepare client‑ready deliverables (presentations, analyses, documentation) with a strong focus on quality and structure

• Analyze client and project data, synthesize insights and proactively flag risks, issues or improvement opportunities

• Assist in structuring and running meetings and workshops (agenda preparation, note‑taking, synthesis of outcomes)

• Contribute to transformation topics such as asset management, credits, payments, AI‑enabled transformation, KYC / AML and regulatory initiatives

• Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, data and technology

• Gradually build client exposure and professional presence, learning how to communicate clearly and with empathy

• Apply Accenture methodologies, tools and best practices, supported by on‑the‑job coaching and structured training

• Participate in knowledge sharing, research and community initiatives within the B&CM practice

What we’re looking for

Education

• Recent graduate

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data or related fields

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced project environment with attention to detail

• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in team‑based, diverse and international environments

Mindset

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Open‑minded, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change

• Genuine interest in financial services transformation

Bonus points if you have

• Interest or exposure to asset management, credits, payments, AI transformation or KYC / AML

• Internship or first experience in consulting, banking or financial services

• Fluency in French and/or Dutch (English is required)
