DEME Group in Belgium seeks a Senior Gearbox (Reliability) Expert to analyze root causes of mechanical failures and evaluate designs for long-term reliability. You will own complex topics, validate loads, and provide design-level insights while challenging OEMs with engineering judgment.
The role focuses on gearboxes, propulsion systems, and power transmissions across the fleet, requiring an analytical mindset, 10+ years in heavy mechanical engineering, and fluency in English.
