Join our team as a Warehouse & Operations Associate and contribute to a mission that truly makes a difference in the fight against life-threatening diseases such as bloodcancer.

In this role, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment within a leading global pharmaceutical company.

As a Warehouse & Operations Associate, your responsibilities will primarily focus on operational warehouse activities with an accurate administrative follow-up.

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound warehouse activities in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Receive, handle and store cryopreserved blood samples (cells) from cancer patients, which serve as the critical starting material for the manufacturing process.
  • Manage inventory, warehouse materials and internal material requests to support other departments.
  • Use SAP to process warehouse transactions and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Maintain documentation, traceability and compliance with GMP and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with other departmentsto support smooth day-to-day activities.

Profile

  • You have experience in logistics, warehousing, or operational environments, or you are eager to learn and develop yourself in this field.
  • You work accurately, pay close attention to detail, and follow procedures to ensure quality, compliance, and safety.
  • You are reliable, proactive, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You enjoy working in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You can commute independently to the site and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
