Are you an experienced clinical operations professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? We are seeking a Team Manager to lead a high-performing team supporting clinical research activities within a leading healthcare organization. As Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of clinical research professionals while ensuring the successful delivery of specific clinical trial activities across multiple studies and regions. You will act as a key people leader, driving performance, fostering collaboration, and supporting high-quality clinical research programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and allocation across projects.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback, mentoring, and career development support.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of clinical trial milestones.
  • Support process optimization initiatives and operational excellence efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning and talent management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Significant experience in Clinical Operations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare industry.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a global environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Existing right to work in Europe required
