Your Role:

As the right hand of the Restaurant Manager, you'll help drive the daily operations of a busy and successful restaurant with a strong team that has been building OTOMAT's story for years.

Your focus? Creating an unforgettable guest experience.

You'll be:

• Leading by example on the restaurant floor
• Coaching and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members together with the Restaurant Manager
• Keeping energy levels high, especially during the busiest shifts
• Identifying opportunities to improve service, teamwork, and guest satisfaction
• Motivating people by understanding what drives them and helping them perform at their best
• Training newcomers into full-fledged Pizza Troopers
• Taking ownership of the restaurant when the Restaurant Manager is absent
