We're looking for a Workday Consultant to configure HR processes and maintain complex Workday integrations.

What you'll do

  • Configure and maintain Workday HCM Core, Recruitment and Talent modules.
  • Translate HR needs into scalable Workday configurations.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound integrations with external systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain accurate, consistent data.
  • Support daily operations and resolve system issues.

What you bring

  • Medior Workday Consultant or Analyst experience.
  • Workday HCM Core, Recruitment and Talent expertise.
  • Workday Studio and PECI integration experience.
  • Understanding of hiring, job changes, compensation and payroll.
  • Analytical problem-solving and clear communication with HR and IT stakeholders.
  • Dutch (native) and English (B2).

Nice to have

  • Workday HCM, Integrations or Studio certifications.
  • Experience with complex payroll environments.
  • Workday reporting or Prism Analytics knowledge.
