Approach Cyber is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for internal colleagues, helping navigate the IT landscape, troubleshoot issues, and onboard new hires. You will manage hardware lifecycle and keep the ticketing queue running smoothly.
The role requires 2+ years in IT Helpdesk/Support or a related degree, with strong communication skills and a drive to grow in IT. Fluency in French and English is expected, Dutch is a plus.
