Growth Marketing sits inside the Protect & Engage business unit and turns product value into measurable, scalable revenue. The team has five pillars: Go-to-Market Strategy, Regional Marketing, Paid Media, Account-Based Marketing and Inbound SDRs.
The role
You will lead Go-to-Market Strategy for the Protect & Engage business unit and decide where we play, who we target and how we win. Today our ICPs and personas exist, but we need someone who sharpens it into clear priorities, use cases and value propositions that sales and marketing can act on.
You report to the Head of Growth Marketing and lead and coach the GtM specialists. You are the senior GtM counterpart for Product, Sales, Partnerships and Regional Marketing.
The role is based in Belgium, with occasional international travel. It is a permanent role, not freelance and you're expected to come to the office 2/3 times a week.
What We Mean By GtM Strategy
GtM strategy is how we take a product to a market and win there: where we play, who buys and why, what we offer them, how we reach and sell to them, and how we measure success.
For example: AI-native companies, such as AI app builders and voice AI platforms, are growing fast. You would work out what they need, where our products fit and how we should sell to them, then turn that into a plan sales and marketing can run. Often there is no playbook yet: you build it.
