Inside Sales Engineer

Techniek, klantcontact en commercie combineren? In deze functie vorm je de technische schakel tussen de klant, leveranciers en interne teams. Vanuit jouw technische kennis analyseer je klantvragen en vertaal je die naar passende oplossingen en heldere commerciële voorstellen.

Je komt terecht in een technische organisatie met een sterke positie binnen de industriële markt. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen, leveranciers en zusterbedrijven en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Je adviseert klanten over technische producten en oplossingen
• Je analyseert lastenboeken, plannen en technische specificaties en vertaalt deze naar concrete voorstellen
• Je behandelt prijsaanvragen en volgt deze op tot en met de orderverwerking
• Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en bouwt deze verder uit
• Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van binnen- en buitendienst, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen
• Je zorgt ervoor dat klant- en aanvraaginformatie correct wordt geregistreerd en opgevolgd
• Je denkt actief mee over commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen

Wat breng je mee?

• Een technische opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
• Affiniteit met een technische en commerciële omgeving
• Je kunt technische informatie analyseren en helder vertalen naar een klantgerichte oplossing
• Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
• Je bent commercieel ingesteld en vindt het leuk om klanten verder te helpen
• Ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving is een pluspunt

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Salaris tot €5.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring
• 13e maand
• Vakantiegeld
• €150 netto forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding per maand
• Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag
• CAO 90-bonus
• Groepsverzekering van 4%
