AI Lead - Private Equity (MBB Background) - English only
We are looking for a high-potential profile from a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB: McKinsey, BCG, Bain) with 3-7 years of experience, to join a private equity platform undergoing a strong digital transformation. This strategic role is focused on designing and driving AI and automation initiatives across both the investment structure and its portfolio companies.
AI Lead - Private Equity (MBB Background) - English only
- Develop the overall AI vision and roadmap for the fund and its portfolio companies
- Identify high-impact use cases (productivity gains, revenue growth, cost optimization)
- Drive Execution
- Lead the implementation of AI and automation solutions across portfolio companies
- Ensure effective rollout from strategy design to execution (PoCs, scaling)
- Engage with Senior Leadership
- Work closely with investment teams and portfolio company leadership (C-level)
- Challenge and support management teams in adopting new technologies
- Value Creation
- Identify and unlock value creation opportunities through AI and automation
- Track performance and impact of implemented initiatives
Profiel
- Experience: 3-7 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB strongly preferred)
- Expertise: Strong exposure to AI, data, or automation-related projects
- Skills
