Do you enjoy automating cloud infrastructure and building reliable data platforms across AWS, Kubernetes and Snowflake? Are you comfortable combining hands-on engineering with collaboration across teams? Join the Data Platform team to build and operate cloud-native platform capabilities.
We are looking for a Cloud Data Platform Engineer to build and operate a cloud-native data platform. You are an analytical, hands-on engineer with a strong engineering mindset and the communication skills to work effectively across teams.

What You Will Do
- Build and operate cloud-native platform capabilities, using code and automation to manage infrastructure.
- Deploy, operate and troubleshoot containerised applications on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Provision and administer Snowflake resources, including access controls, using Infrastructure as Code and automation.
Must-haves
- Proficiency in Python and shell scripting, with hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Strong knowledge of AWS core services, including networking, IAM, compute and storage, and experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, plus Snowflake administration, including RBAC, privileges, resource hierarchy and object lifecycle management.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka, event-driven architectures, cloud-native data platforms, DevOps or platform engineering.
