Robert Half Talent Acquisitions is currently looking for a Junior Lawyer Employment Law (m/f/x) for a position based in Hasselt.

To strengthen its team in Hasselt, our client is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking Junior Lawyer (m/f/x) with an initial experience in Employment law.

Your profile for the Junior Lawyer Employment Law (m/f/x) :

• Master's degree in Law.
• An additional qualification or specialisation in Employment Law or Social Law is a strong asset.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lawyer in employment law or a related practice area.
• Strong interest in employment, labour and HR-related legal matters.
• Dutch native (or equivalent level) ; proficiency in English and French is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills.
• Client-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and solution-driven approach.
• Eager to learn and develop into a recognised employment law specialist.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
