3E is seeking a SaaS Support Engineer Intern to ensure smooth service operation while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will support the SynaptiQ platform, assist onboarding, and contribute to new feature development.
Responsibilities include handling first-level tickets, deploying assets, translating client needs into solutions, and assisting with the helpdesk. You’ll learn, grow, and have an opportunity for long-term employment after the traineeship.
