As an inside sales specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers;
Actively seeking out new customers through prospecting to expand the customer portfolio;
Administrative follow-up of contracts, quotations and potential prospects via the internal system;
Drawing up and updating pricing;
Advising clients and responding to their needs;
Scheduling appointments for your colleague in outside sales. Ben jij de inside sales specialist naar waar wij op zoek gaan?
Je hebt ervaring in een gelijkaardige commerciële functie of behaalde een relevante bacheloropleiding;
Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring/kennis van transport & logistiek;
De Nederlandse en Franse taal beheer je goed - andere talenkennis zoals Engels is een extra troef;
Je hebt een uitgesproken commercieel inzicht;
Je bent nauwkeurig en administratief sterk;
Je stelt prioriteiten en kan werken in een dynamische omgeving;
Je bent klantgericht en hebt een oplossingsgerichte aanpak - je past je gemakkelijk aan aan verschillende soorten gesprekspartners.
