Our client, an internationally renowned research organization based in Leuven and recognized worldwide as a pioneer in nanoelectronics and digital technology, is looking for a Line Coordinator Helpdesk.

Your Role
As a Line Coordinator Helpdesk, you play a key role in reviewing and processing operational requests. You ensure that all submissions meet the required standards and guidelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Your responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate DUPLO signature requests.
- Verify that operations and specifications comply with established procedures and guidelines.
- Check submitted information for accuracy and completeness.
- Approve and sign off validated operations in DUPLO.
- Communicate with requesters when additional information, corrections, or clarification is needed.
