Are you a strategic leader operating at the intersection of AI and business?
Can you advise C-level stakeholders on where AI can create genuine commercial value and turn that strategy into action?
I’m hiring a Senior Manager (or a Manager who is highly commercial and close to their next promotion) who is ready to take a major step in their career: moving towards full P&L ownership, leadership of a sizable team, and a genuine opportunity to shape the trajectory of an AI Strategy practice.
You’ll work closely and report to C-level leadership, advise senior clients on complex AI strategy and transformation challenges, and play a key role in growing and shaping the practice.
I’m looking for someone with a rare combination of:

This is a full-time opportunity, with my client ideally looking for someone to start in October 2026 — but they are willing to wait for the right person.
Dutch at professional level (minimum) + fluent English required.
Belgium-based.
Full right to work in Belgium.
