EngiFlex BV is seeking a part-time freelance program coordinator with 5–6 years of experience to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams, engage stakeholders, and drive business analysis and change management. The role includes preparing governance artifacts, roadmaps and decision papers to support programme delivery, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and autonomy.
The position is part-time (40%), requires fluency in French and Dutch, and focuses on technical infrastructure and training
