Ready to turn AI potential into real business impact?

We are looking for a hands-on AI Expert who has experience designing, building and productizing AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will help Ferranti accelerate its AI initiatives by turning ideas and proof-of-concepts into scalable, secure and production-ready solutions.

You will work closely with our product, consulting, and engineering teams to transform AI ideas into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Help teams turn AI ideas into practical, secure, and scalable solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Support the team in how to move AI solutions from proof of concept into production
Guide teams on the right AI approach, model, and tools.
Keep performance, cost, security, and governance in balance.
Translate technical complexity into clear, practical decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will:

Build and support AI agents and copilots in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Support the team in making technical trade-offs related to performance, security, scalability and cost.
Guide teams from concept to deployment.
Advise Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.

What you bring

We are looking for someone with:

Hands-on experience with from previous AI implementations.
Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio, D365, Powerplatform and the wider Microsoft ecosystem (knowledge of other AI tools is a plus)
Experience in making decisions around security, scalibilty, performance & costs.
The ability to guide others, challenge assumptions, and explain complex topics in clear business language.

And even more interesting if you have :

Experience supporting multiple teams or projects
Exposure to cost optimization or scaling AI solutions
AI pricing modelling to customers

And who are you?

A pragmatic problem-solver who makes AI tangible.

You communicate clearly, simplify complexity, and enjoy working closely with others to turn ideas into real business value.
