Utilities Technician

Training & Onboarding

Well before the startup, you will begin a comprehensive training program in day shifts, allowing you to fully understand the installations, systems, and standards. This ensures you can make an impact from day one in this unique production environment.

Your Role

Depending on your background (electrical or mechanical), you will join one of the maintenance teams and be responsible for:

• Maintenance and monitoring of electrical systems (switchboards, installations, emergency repairs)
• Supervision of gas installations, ensuring safety and proper functioning
• Maintenance of HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
• Diagnostics and repair of heating systems

Your Profile

• Technical education + relevant experience
• Strong in electrical and/or mechanical fields
• Problem-solving mindset & team player
• Able to read technical drawings/schematics
• Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity
• Good level of English

Shift System (Work-Life Balance Focus)

• 4 out of 6 weeks: day shifts (08:00–16:00)
• 4 out of 6 weekends at home

Offer

• Starting salary: €25,19 gross/hour (excluding shift premiums)

Shift premiums

• Early: +5%
• Late: +10%
• Night: +20%
• Saturday: +30%
• Sunday: +35%
