Turn factory footage, technical knowledge and real projects into stories people want to watch, read and share.

The role at a glance

• Full-time, fixed-term contract with possibility to become permanent

• Content & social media: video, visual, copy, strategy, community management

Gramitherm transforms locally sourced grass into high-performance insulation. You don't need to master every platform or editing tool from day one, we care more about your creativity, visual eye and willingness to take initiative than a perfect CV.

What you'll do

• Create posts, carousels, visuals and short-form videos
• Film at our factory, projects, events and partner locations
• Turn technical subjects into clear and engaging stories
• Edit raw footage into Reels, Shorts and social videos
• Help manage the editorial calendar and publishing rhythm
• Track what performs well and improve future content
• Find stories inside the company instead of waiting for a briefing

• Regularly notice good visuals, videos and social-media formats
• Can make a complicated subject feel simple
• Are comfortable bringing your own ideas
• Are strong in at least two of these languages: French, Dutch, English
• Enjoy learning by creating, publishing and improving

A formal degree is welcome, but not essential. Your work matters more than the title of your diploma.

Nice to have

• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
• Generative AI for content creation
• Photography or short-form video
• Construction, manufacturing or technical products
• Previous content work, internships or personal creative projects
