Content Marketing Specialist (BAR000525)
This position is a temporary replacement for a maternity leave and focuses on creating a wide range of marketing and communication content. The ideal candidate is a modern content creator/copywriter who can effectively leverage AI tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage various types of content, including: Website content, Social media posts, eBooks, blog articles, press releases, videos and multimedia content
- Use AI tools and existing company data/content assets to accelerate content creation and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather information and develop relevant content.
- Ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Experience as a copywriter/content marketer, with a strong focus on modern AI-assisted content creation.
- Proven ability to create diverse content formats, including social media content, white papers, eBooks, website copy, and press releases.
- Experience utilizing AI tools and existing data/content repositories to generate and optimize content.
- Healthcare industry experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Experience with content subject to regulatory review is beneficial but not required.
- Suitable for Medior to Senior-level professionals.

As Content Specialist Healthcare, you are responsible for developing clear, compelling and clinically relevant content that supports the organization’s Healthcare marketing strategy across the full customer journey. You translate value propositions, clinical benefits and customer insights into high-quality content for marketing assets for different end user target audiences.
You work closely with Product Managers and the Healthcare marketing team, sales and regulatory specialists to ensure that all content is aligned with business priorities, market needs, brand guidelines and applicable healthcare communication requirements.
Your responsibilities
- You create and maintain high-quality marketing content for the Healthcare portfolio, including website content pages, white papers, e-books, brochures, folders, one-pagers, blogs, articles, PR materials and press releases.
- You translate clinical value propositions, customer needs and product messaging into clear, audience-specific content that supports awareness and demand generation.
- You develop content for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that messaging is consistent across channels and adapted to the needs of different customer segments and personas.
- You create and coordinate content for social media channels such as LinkedIn and YouTube, including posts, video scripts, short-form campaign copy and supporting visuals in collaboration with digital and creative teams.
- You support the development of end-user webinars by defining content angles, preparing promotional copy, supporting speaker briefings and repurposing webinar content into follow-up assets.
- You work with Product marketing, product management and sales teams to identify content needs throughout the sales journey and ensure that relevant assets are available, up to date and easy to use.
- You help build thought leadership in Healthcare by turning market insights, customer stories, clinical trends and solution benefits into engaging content formats.
- You ensure that all content is aligned with the organization’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, messaging framework and regulatory review requirements.
- You manage content updates and version control, especially for website pages, product collateral and campaign assets.
- You monitor content performance together with digital marketing and campaign teams, using insights to improve future content effectiveness.
Your profile
- You preferably have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, life sciences, healthcare, or equivalent through experience.
- You have proven experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting or marketing communications, preferably in a healthcare, medical technology, life sciences or other complex technical environment.
