Spott, a head of product role in a rapidly growing AI-native recruitment platform, invites a strategic leader to shape the product vision and roadmap for our ATS & CRM. Reporting to the CEO, you will guide a scaling team across frontend and design, and drive discovery with agencies across Europe, the US and APAC.
You will own prioritization in collaboration with Engineering, Sales and CS, aiming to ship impactful features and maintain a market-leading standard.
