Early Careers Intern – EMEA

About the role:

Join the EMEA Early Careers team as an Intern You will be part of our regional internship program, offering you structured development opportunities and international exposure while gaining hands‑on experience across different areas of Early Careers.

You will play an active role in supporting and developing our EMEA Internship Program, from attracting and recruiting interns to supporting the different activities and development modules that shape their experience. You will also contribute to university relations, employer branding and early talent engagement initiatives across the region.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

• Support the coordination and continuous development of the EMEA Internship Program, working with interns, managers and HR teams across different countries;
• Take ownership of key parts of the intern recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing, talent attraction and candidate engagement;
• Support the planning and delivery of the different learning, development and engagement activities included in the internship program;
• Maintain and execute the Early Talent Database communication plan, helping us stay connected and engaged with students and potential future candidates;
• Support employer branding initiatives, including content creation, communications and campaigns targeting early career talent;
• Support university relations and events, including career fairs, workshops and other student engagement activities;
• Contribute to additional Early Careers and Talent projects as priorities and opportunities evolve.

What you bring:

• Enrollment in a study program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field throughout the course of the internship;
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate different activities and stakeholders;
• A proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to bring new ideas and take initiative;
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with colleagues across different countries;
• Passion and enthusiasm – ready to learn, contribute and take ownership;
• Languages – fluent in English.
