KU Leuven invites applications for a Doctoral position in Law under the CONJURERS ERC Advanced Grant. The PhD will examine how corporations use restructuring and insolvency law to evade liability for toxic assets in a cross‑jurisdictional framework.
Applicants must hold an LL.B. and an LL.M. degree; LL.M. alone must not apply. Proficiency in English is required; Dutch is an asset. The role includes research, publication, and opportunities for teaching and travel.
