Overview
Technical Architect specialising in AI orchestration, focusing on LangChain and agent-based architectures. Responsible for defining and governing the technology and infrastructure landscape across the full lifecycle of information systems, platforms, and cloud environments within the Architecture team.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing scalable AI orchestration frameworks, integrating LLMs, agents, and workflows into the enterprise architecture.
- Ensuring the alignment of data, application, and infrastructure layers to support advanced AI use cases (including orchestration pipelines, vector stores, and API integrations).
- Overseeing the lifecycle management of systems, platforms, devices, and services, with a strong emphasis on modular, composable, and API-driven architectures.
- Defining and maintaining the target architecture and future technical roadmap, incorporating emerging AI capabilities and orchestration patterns.
- Ensuring consistency with the organisation’s enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, and security requirements (including data residency, auditability, and compliance such as DORA).
Qualifications
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related technical ICT field.
- A proven experience as Solution Architect, or similar role, with hands-on involvement in AI/LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, agent-based architectures) and modern cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in IT platforms, cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure), APIs, and orchestration frameworks, including experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, and workflow engines.
- Fluency in English (C2 level); knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of system integration patterns, and enterprise architecture principles, including security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and implement end-to-end AI-driven solutions, integrating multiple data sources and services.
- Well-developed collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business needs with technical solutions.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and sound architectural judgment, especially in balancing innovation with risk, compliance, and operational resilience.
