We are looking for a Quality Engineer to work within our Logistics Quality and Supplier Quality team at Cytiva.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and manage Customer Logistics Complaints to closure, and support the QA Logistics Manager with daily management, monitoring and trending.
  • Support or assist internal and customer quality audits.
  • Lead Logistics & Warehouse Complaint solutions/reductions by developing and executing Quality Events, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPAs) alongside Warehouse Operations & Supplier Quality.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the logistics complaint case management process, including SOP governance, stakeholder adherence, and ongoing optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support internal deviation process linked to Logistics activities.
  • Improve freight and logistics quality performance by supporting the QA Logistics Manager with quality plan implementation.

Who You Are

  • A proactive, self-driven, results‑seeking person who enjoys driving improvement, collaborating with teams and delivering impact.
  • A quality professional with a minimum of 2 years of quality related work experience, including direct experience in quality and supplier quality management, preferably in life sciences.
  • Experience working with logistics providers (3PL, warehouse, transportation, brokers) in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, preferably both.
  • Earned a Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a technical field with experience in manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of quality management workstreams including change management, CAPA/RCA, QMS development and training program development.
  • Ability to develop, communicate and implement a strategy to ensure compliance to Cytiva, regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Effective problem‑solving and root‑cause analytical skills to lead and influence others to drive change cross‑functionally and globally.
