AISB-1008 Chief Entreprise Architect

ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to lead the definition and implementation of an Enterprise Architecture framework and the transformation roadmap of a large-scale information system environment. This is a strategic role combining Enterprise Architecture, IT governance, business alignment and digital transformation, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and multiple business entities.As Chief Enterprise Architect, you will take ownership of the overall Enterprise Architecture approach and ensure consistency across business, application, data and technology domains.

Your Mission

• Define and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Architecture repository and framework
• Develop and maintain the Information System landscape and architecture models
• Model business, functional, organisational, application, data and technical architectures using ArchiMate
• Define architecture principles, standards, patterns and governance policies
• Establish an effective Architecture Governance framework, including roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes
• Define target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business and strategic objectives
• Ensure architecture decisions support interoperability, scalability, resilience and long-term technology sustainability
• Integrate security and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and NIS2, into architecture principles and solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, data experts, architects and technical teams
• Facilitate architecture workshops and drive alignment across multiple organisations and stakeholders
• Present architecture recommendations, roadmaps and key decisions to management and governance committees
• Ensure the quality, consistency and timely delivery of all architecture deliverables

Your Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture or Information System Urbanisation
• Proven experience designing and implementing Enterprise Architecture frameworks and transformation roadmaps
• Strong expertise in TOGAF and ArchiMate
• Extensive experience across business, application, data and technical architecture
• Strong expertise in Architecture Governance
• Demonstrated ability to advise senior management and participate in strategic decision-making
• Proven stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-entity or multi-business environments
• Strong understanding of IT transformation, interoperability and technology complexity management
• Good knowledge of GDPR, NIS2 and IT security considerations
• Experience with public sector, utilities, infrastructure or other complex organisations is a strong asset
• Knowledge of GIS/geospatial systems, ERP/SAP, SCADA, IoT or Asset Management is considered a plus
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• French: native or bilingual proficiency
• English is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and travel to different locations when required
