Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize meetings for the Regional Grid Development Sounding Board, including agenda management, meeting minutes, action tracking, and follow-up.
• Prepare professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, distribution system operators, and management.
• Support data management activities through Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, linking, filtering, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of high-level workload planning.
• Support Grid Developers with project documentation, including project scoping documents and long‑term study budgets.
• Monitor action lists, requests from external stakeholders, and improve data quality across various business processes.
• Prepare and format external documentation while ensuring consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, or Project Support role.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while taking initiative.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Word
  • Power BI is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, or project administration is highly desirable.
• Mandatory Dutch and French speaker.
