JOB TITLE: INDUSTRIAL CYBERSECURITY EXPERT
DURATION: 01/12/2026 - 31/12/2027 (EXTENSION POSSIBLE)
LANGUAGES: FRENCH AND ENGLISH
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The consultant strengthens the cybersecurity of Client's power plants in France and other European countries. He steers the implementation of security measures in complex industrial environments and coordinates global and local teams. In doing so, he supports the rollout of the Client Cybersecurity Framework and compliance with NIS2.
The consultant is responsible for:
- Helping to design and implement industrial cybersecurity architectures, determine technical security requirements and controls
- Managing industrial cybersecurity projects: planning, stakeholders, risks, execution and reporting
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and audits of plants and follow up on action plans
- Determine validation and testing strategies and have the recommendations implemented
- Monitoring compliance with Client standards and regulations such as NIS2
- Monitor and incorporate new threats and vulnerabilities into architecture and risk management
- Promote cybersecurity awareness through training and site presence
Required experience and skills
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, preferably in energy production or critical infrastructure
- Good knowledge of the operation of power plants and industrial control systems (ICS)
- Strong in stakeholder management, communication and collaboration
- Willing to travel, especially within France and Belgium
- Nice to have: certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GICSP, IEC 62443, ISO 27005, CEH or PMP
