We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining the product vision, managing the backlog, and collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver high‑quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision in alignment with business needs and regulatory developments.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, write user stories, and track development progress.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, UX/UI and business teams to ensure functional consistency.
- Organize and facilitate product governance circles, including workshops, reviews, demonstrations, and user testing.
- Identify necessary changes, propose continuous improvements, and guarantee product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Ownership within complex digital programs.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with backlog management, user stories, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory impacts on business processes and ability to translate them into functional requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with BPM and process optimization.
- Experience in urban planning or public‑sector digital initiatives.
- Knowledge of driver’s license digitization programs.
