We are looking for an IAM Business Model Manager Consultant to support access management and information security initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
Work setup: Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain and continuously improve the Business Modelling process.
- Translate business requirements into IAM security models, policies and implementation guidelines.
- Validate and implement access management services in line with security policies, SLAs, processes and procedures.
- Provide functional analysis on security aspects across multiple business lines and cross-functional teams.
- Support Business Security Offices on Business Modelling activities and IAM-related questions.
- Advise on IAM architecture implementation and adapt models based on business, compliance and operational requirements.
- Provide guidance, training and support to the security community on the implementation and operation of the security model.
- Collaborate with access management teams to improve efficiency and the quality of access management models.
Must-have requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in security technologies and processes, especially IAM, Segregation of Duties and Role-Based Access Control.
- Knowledge of information security standards and frameworks.
- Experience working across IT and business environments in cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience writing business requirements and producing clear documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SQL.
- Languages: fluent English; fluent French or Dutch with basic level of the other language.
