Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking an OSI-PI Specialist to support their manufacturing operations. The role focuses on data contextualization and the optimization of monitoring systems within a regulated production environment.
- Configure PI AF for data contextualization of manufacturing processes.
- Develop PI Vision displays to enable real-time monitoring of production runs.
- Validate PI AF configurations according to GxP requirements and established change management procedures.
- Implement validated configurations within the production environment.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and change management procedures as required.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and automation teams to align technical solutions with system ownership standards.
- Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- 3+ years of experience with OSI-PI, with a specific focus on PI AF and PI Vision.
- You bring professional experience working within GxP production environments.
- You possess a solid understanding of IT/OT systems and manufacturing data flows.
- You're able to work independently to translate operational requirements into technical configurations.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of Lean principles and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using Jira or Confluence for project tracking.
