RPG Developer

<div><p>Our customer, a growing SaaS provider based in Limburg, we are looking for a Senior RPG Developer to join on a long term, freelance basis.</p><p>The organization develops and maintains a customer ERP tooling tailored to their clients industry, with a strong focus on stability, scalability, and continuous functional expansion.</p><p>To support this roadmap, they are looking for an experienced RPG Developer to join the team on a long-term freelance basis, working in a mixed RPG / Java technology stack.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain ERP functionalities using RPG (IBM i / AS400)</li><li>Contribute to the modernization and extension of existing ERP modules</li><li>Collaborate with Java developers on integrations and hybrid solutions</li><li>Analyze functional requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions</li><li>Participate in bug fixing, performance optimization, and technical refactoring</li><li>Work closely with functional analysts, product owners, and support teams</li><li>Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation standards</li></ul><p><b>Profile</b></p><ul><li>Strong professional experience as an RPG Developer (RPG III / IV / ILE)</li><li>Hands-on experience with IBM i / AS400 environments</li><li>Experience in ERP systems or complex business applications</li><li>Familiar with SaaS environments and multi-tenant platforms</li><li>Contract type: Freelance</li><li>Location: Limburg (hybrid)</li><li>Sector: SaaS / ERP software</li><li>Technology stack: RPG (IBM i / AS400), Java</li></ul></div>
