Today, we are looking for a Project Engineer to complete our Turbomachinery & Propulsion team.

Job Description

As Project Engineer, you will act as the calibration Lead and lead the end-to-end calibration projects, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and in line with specifications. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Proposal Management: Translate client needs into clear calibration plans, proposals, and timelines.
  • Project Delivery: Plan, budget, and oversee calibration projects from start to completion.
  • Calibration Coordination: Align laboratory activities, resources, and schedules with project priorities.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work with engineering and lab teams to support setups, resolve issues, and improve systems.
  • Data Review & Analysis: Validate results, assess compliance, and investigate deviations.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Produce accurate reports, certificates, and project records.
  • Client Interface: Manage communication, provide updates, and present results.
  • Facility & Equipment Oversight: Maintain calibration facilities and reference equipment readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes, tools, and efficiency.
  • Business Support: Contribute to growth and client acquisition initiatives.

Profile

  • Master’s degree in engineering or physical sciences
  • Knowledge of measurement systems, sensors, and calibration principles
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders
