Job Description
Ready for something different? Good, so are we. This won’t be your typical customs role, and we’re not your typical logistics company. At MPL, we think beyond the container and always go one step further in everything we do. How? By living the mission, not just executing the job.
With a unique mix of logistics services, real and personal advice, we make things happen. As customs regulations continue to evolve across Europe, we're investing in the future of customs operations. That means rethinking how customs data, expertise and processes are managed across our international network.
To support this transformation, we're looking for someone who can connect people, systems and countries. Someone who understands customs, thrives in complex international projects and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into reality.
As a Pan-European Customs Project Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of customs operations within MPL.
You will lead the development and implementation of a new Pan-European customs operating model, bringing together centralized customs data, standardized processes and local customs expertise across our European network.
Working closely with customs teams, operations, digital, legal and management stakeholders, you will ensure that customs knowledge, processes and data are aligned, scalable and ready for the future.
This role combines project management, process optimization, digital transformation and customs expertise. You won't just manage a project. You'll help build the customs organization of tomorrow.

- You are comfortable facilitating discussions, driving alignment and managing different stakeholder interests.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are capable of building bridges between business, operations, compliance and technology teams.
- You are fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
