Mission Overview:
This opportunity is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Collection Officer, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver your expertise within the client’s operations environment, embracing the consultant identity and contributing to impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
- Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Education:
- At least Secondary Education Certificate.
Telework:
- Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
Required Experience / Knowledge:
- A first experience in the domain (collection and/or contact centre) is a plus.
Technical Experience:
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Familiar with various IT tools.
Business Experience:
- Experience with phone calls and contact center (mandatory).
- Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).
