Applegreen Travel Plazas is seeking a General Manager to oversee a quick service restaurant inside a travel plaza. You will lead a dedicated team, manage budgets and operations to achieve sales and quality goals, while maintaining brand standards and food safety.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to policies. Flexibility for on-site schedule and collaboration with partners is required.
