We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a leading financial services organization within its Capital Markets and Asset Management domain.
The role focuses on business analysis across post-trade and settlement operations, including settlement workflows, trade matching, confirmations and exception handling. You will lead requirements-gathering activities, analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional documentation. You will work with relevant stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly understood and documented through use cases, process flows, ER modelling and functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for settlement workflows.
- Analyse trade matching and confirmation processes.
- Understand and document exception-handling requirements.
- Analyse business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and document use cases.
- Prepare business process flows.
- Create detailed functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into structured documentation.
- Support requirements analysis within post-trade operations.
Required Skills
- Strong Business Analysis experience.
- Capital Markets or Asset Management domain knowledge.
- Experience in post-trade or settlement operations.
- Understanding of settlement workflows, matching and confirmations.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Use case modelling and process flow documentation.
- ER modelling and functional specifications.
Experience
- 10+ years indicated in the requirement overview.
- Detailed experience section specifies 8-11+ years as a Business Analyst in post-trade, settlement operations or capital markets.
