Our client is an innovative financial services institution operating in the Belgian market. To support their continued growth, they are currently looking for a Business Support & Operations Specialist to join their team in Brussels.

Through a strong customer-centric and digital approach, they provide a range of financial solutions while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. To support their continued growth, they are currently looking for a Business Support & Operations Specialist to join their team in Brussels.
- Own and oversee critical operational processes and control frameworks
- Act as the escalation point for complex operational cases and policy-related decisions
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, AML/KYC, GDPR and regulatory requirements
- Manage sensitive customer and account-related operations
- Prepare and analyse KPI, SLA and regulatory reporting
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Participate in audits, investigations and risk mitigation activities
- Support the implementation of new products, systems and operational changes
- Develop procedures and provide training to operational teams
