We're looking for a senior process analyst to improve existing financial processes, reporting and supporting systems for life insurance. The focus is practical improvements to existing workflows, rather than large-scale transformation.
What you'll do
- Analyse and follow up on prioritised business requests.
- Turn business needs into practical process and reporting improvements.
- Identify process inefficiencies and operational risks.
- Facilitate workshops between business and IT to agree improvements.
- Align initiatives across end-to-end financial processes.
- Track roadmap priorities, dependencies and business impact; report progress to management.
What you bring
- Knowledge of life insurance products and processes.
- Understanding of accounting and financial reporting, including Belgian GAAP (BEGAAP) and IFRS.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and application landscapes.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, translating complex topics into business value.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
- An autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have
- Experience producing functional analyses and specifications.
- Process optimisation and continuous improvement experience.
