Minimum Requirements
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for designing test plans, test cases, scenarios and scripts.
- Executing and coordinating functional, integration, security, load and performance testing.
- Reporting test results.
- Managing and improving test automation.
- Analysing requirements.
- Reproducing and managing defects.
- Defining quality-control procedures, SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborating with development and business teams to drive quality improvements.
Required Experience
- At least 10 years of professional IT experience.
- Web test automation using Selenium, Java and TestNG, including integration of test suites in CI/CD pipelines, especially Jenkins.
- API testing with Postman/Newman, JavaScript scripting, environment management, authentication, response validation and CI/CD automation.
- Functional, regression, UAT, integration and end-to-end testing.
- Defect management and evidence capture, using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Manual test-design techniques, acceptance criteria, test-data preparation and validation, including basic SQL queries, quality metrics and dashboards.
Education
- University degree at EQF Level 7 (Master's degree or equivalent).
- English at minimum C1 level and French at minimum A2 level.
- ISTQB certification (CTFL, Agile Tester or Mobile Application Tester) is desirable.
