The Talent Acquisition Partner has a key role within the organization. It is a position with strong responsibilities and the development of the company depend on it. We are looking for top executives to strengthen our organization.

Your role :
Under the responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager, you are a true support on the whole process of recruitment of our future engineers, you oversee several missions within ALTEN BELGIUM.
Recruitment:
- With the Business Managers you will define and then write the job offers to be posted on the right support.
- The identification of candidates via job-boards, social networks and other means of recruitment is a crucial step within the process to make sure we get the best candidates.
- The first contact with the candidate is key with the phone identification and pre-qualification of candidates.
- Then you will follow all the recruitment process and the candidates from scheduling of interviews with Business Managers until the signature.
- You will participate actively to the operational weekly meetings
In the context of internal / external communication :
- You will support animation and development of school relations
- You will attend the school’s job fairs / recruitment fairs and organize recruitment events
