<li>Lead and coach a team of developers to ensure high-quality technical output and professional growth.</li>
<li>Execute complex programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging of enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Guide the development of Java-based solutions using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.</li>
<li>Facilitate and lead development activities within an Agile methodology framework.</li>
<li>Oversee the integration of databases and RESTful services into the application landscape.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain continuous integration pipelines to ensure robust software delivery.</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in backend development with <b>Java</b>, <b>J2EE</b>, and <b>Spring Boot</b>.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience with data management using <b>DB2</b> or <b>Postgres</b>.</li>
<li>Experience implementing <b>continuous integration</b> practices.</li>
<li>Proven track record in technical leadership, coaching developers, and leading <b>Agile</b> ceremonies.</li>
<li>Professional certification in <b>Java</b> development or equivalent through extensive experience.</li>
<li>You possess strong analytical skills for efficient debugging and test-driven development.</li>
<li>You are fluent in <b>Dutch</b> with a <b>C2</b> level of proficiency.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Nice to Haves</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with frontend development using <b>React</b>.</li>
<li>Knowledge of container orchestration using <b>Kubernetes</b>.</li>
<li>Practical experience with <b>REST services</b> and <b>API integration</b>.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <b>Atlassian Tools</b>.</li>
<li>Previous experience working within the public sector or government organizations.</li>
