Senior UX/UI Designer

<div><p>We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design and optimization of customer onboarding journeys within a digital product and sales environment. This role focuses on creating seamless, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences that support the full customer lifecycle, from initial engagement through activation and beyond.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<h3>User Experience Design</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design clear and user-friendly onboarding flows across digital platforms.</li>
<li>Map and optimize end-to-end user journeys aligned with business objectives.</li>
<li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.</li>
<li>Conduct usability testing and iterate based on insights.</li>
</ul>
<h3>User Research</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).</li>
<li>Document findings in a structured and shareable way.</li>
<li>Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Act as a bridge between technical teams and business needs.</li>
<li>Ensure design solutions are aligned with technical constraints and objectives.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical & Design System Expertise</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work within and contribute to a Design System (components, tokens, accessibility).</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong expertise in Figma (auto-layouts, templates, file structure).</li>
<li>Ensure accessibility compliance and feasibility within complex IT environments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with development teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Leadership</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead UX/UI initiatives from discovery to delivery.</li>
<li>Promote user-centred design practices.</li>
<li>Mentor and support other designers within the team.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Profile</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise or complex environments.</li>
<li>Mandatory experience in customer lifecycle and onboarding journeys.</li>
<li>Strong experience with Design Systems and component-based design.</li>
<li>Technical understanding of front-end principles (tokens, architecture, systems) is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.</li>
<li>English required; French and/or Dutch is a plus.</li>
