imec in Heverlee, Belgium, is seeking a Process Engineer for inline metrology. You will manage and optimize thin-film and wafer metrology tools, developing automated measurement recipes and ensuring equipment stability, quality, throughput and safety.
You will be a member of the In-Line Metrology Process Engineering team, responsible for standard metrology processes and tools in the cleanroom, working across techniques like ellipsometry, reflectivity and four-point-probe.
