Axis Group seeks a Group Insurance Director to lead the Employee Benefits strategy and become a member of the executive committee. You will steer the Group Insurance business with autonomy and develop strategic relationships with insurers to drive business growth.
You will lead the Employee Benefits team, monitor performance, and strengthen commercial synergies within the group while serving as the main contact with insurers and partners. A bilingual FR/Dutch profile is essential.
