Powder Unit Lead Operator — Coach

Johnson & Johnson Geel site seeks a Lead Operator PU to support the daily production line, supervise a team, and ensure GMP-compliant operation. You will back up the Supervisor, guide operators, and manage process documentation while coordinating with QA and maintenance. Shift work and safety are core expectations.
